This pivotal role's contributions will drive brand awareness, create content, generate leads, and fuel long-term business growth across four Phoenix Collective brands. This role reports to the Vice President of Marketing Communications.

Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Marketing Specialist to provide marketing support for four boutique B2B consulting services companies that service the foodservice and hospitality industry. This role is ideal for a creative-thinking, resourceful, enthusiastic, and diligent person who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen each company's brand presence, support business development, and drive growth. The Marketing Specialist will have the opportunity to work closely with leadership across four growing companies and make a direct impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies, marketing tactics, and messaging for four distinct B2B advisory/consulting services companies.

• Create and manage marketing campaigns and initiatives across digital, print, and event channels.

• Oversee and execute website content, social media, emails, collateral, and other communications to ensure consistency and impact.

• Support business development with marketing collateral, proposals, and presentations.

• Collaborate with leadership teams to identify marketing priorities, opportunities, and define KPIs.

• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or professional services.

• Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.

• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in developing impactful presentation decks and proposal documents.

• Foundational knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus (e.g., email marketing platforms, website CMS, social media management, analytics).

• Foundational knowledge of design tools is a plus (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop) for light design projects.

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
