Title: Manager Trainee - Fast paced & dynamic environment with opportunities for advancement

Job Description: We are looking for an employee to train to be a Manager at one of our commercial tire service centers in Maryland. The ideal candidate will learn all aspects of our business and be able to operate and manage a profit center within 24 months.

Location: Home base to be determined within Maryland

Schedule: Day Shift, Monday through Friday

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Possess an undergraduate degree or have 5 years of increasing sales/management experience
  • Acceptable pre-employment drug screening
  • Must be willing to travel regularly and relocate to any one of our Maryland locations if necessary

Desired Qualifications:

  • Safety conscious, respectful, honest, strong work ethic, and enjoys being part of a team
  • Knowledge of various tire brands, types, and sizes
  • P&L and budgeting experience

Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually
