Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Operators to join our team in a food-grade facility. This role involves packaging bulk and pre-packaged food-grade materials for customer orders. No degree or diploma required – we provide short-term, on-the-job training This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Package food-grade materials in bulk and individual formats
- Operate within OSHA, GMP, and company safety standards
- Perform routine physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), bending, and twisting
- Safely operate forklifts for material handling within the production area.
- Safely operate a spotter vehicle (not required)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Accurately follow production instructions and documentation requirements
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
