The Role: Medical/Admin Technician

As a vital team member supporting the Nebraska Operations, you''ll be a hands-on operator supporting both our clinic and mobile operations.

What You'll Do

  • Perform blood draws (phlebotomy certification preferred, not required)
  • Collect vitals and screenings (blood pressure, hearing, vision, body composition, weight)
  • Drive company pickup truck with trailer to mobile events; load/unload and setup equipment
  • Lift, move and position equipment (up to 50lbs)
  • Support patients with forms, scheduling and intake
  • Manage local office supplies/mobile event supplies and logistics.
  • Assist providers, technicians and managers as needed
  • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality.

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable, responsive and hard-working - if people can't count on you, this isn't your role.
  • Comfortable with hands-on work, driving and lifting
  • Flexible schedule - mobile events don't always run 9-5. Some travel, weekends and holidays are required - but plenty of notice is provided
  • Organized and able to juggle admin tasks while handing fast-moving clinical operations
  • High school diploma (or equivalent); phlebotomy certification preferred
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
