We're seeking a Director of Growth to help us recruit, develop, and empower agents.

About the Role

As the Director of Growth, you will partner closely with the Team Leader and Market Center leadership to drive agent attraction, retention, and productivity.

This is not a support role, it's a leadership track position designed for someone who wants to lead, coach, and grow others while mastering the Keller Williams systems that drive success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agent Growth & Recruitment: Build and manage a pipeline of talented real estate professionals aligned with KW's culture and business models.
  • Coaching & Development: Support new and existing agents with productivity tools, accountability, and business-building strategies.
  • Culture & Retention: Help create an environment where agents thrive, stay engaged, and feel supported.
  • Leadership Development: Learn and apply KW models, tools, and systems to prepare for a future opportunities.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with leadership and the MCA to align recruiting, onboarding, and growth initiatives.
  • Business Planning: Contribute to profitability strategies, goal tracking, and Market Center expansion efforts.
  • Marketing & Events: Support classes, masterminds, and community events that drive connection and recruiting success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, recruiting, business development, or real estate leadership.
  • Passion for helping others achieve success through coaching and accountability.
  • High emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational and follow-up habits.
  • Growth-oriented eager to learn Keller Williams' leadership models and step into a Team Leader position.
  • Active PA Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
