Inventory Control Manager

As the Inventory Control Manager, you are fully responsible for responsible for maintaining inventory system accuracy, data integrity, local level audit controls and inventory levels to prevent product and/or raw material out-of-stocks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and audits.
- Ensure material meets company requirements.
- Supervise weekly counts of ancillary items.
- Assist in reconciliation of inventory variances of full goods/ancillary items.
- Monitor aging inventory of packaging and finished goods and provide customer with report for proper resolution and disposition.
- Monitor and minimize partial pallet quantities of both raw materials and finished goods by working and coordinating with both production and warehouse teams.
- Review/Audit product movement within facilities.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure product integrity.
- Review daily reports and report to management when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all Company Safety policies and standards. Responsible for enforcing all company policies, regulations and holding regular safety meetings to communicate safety awareness and policies.
- Manage overall package and product quality to ensure all standards and specifications.
- Collaborates with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.
- Consults with other functions as needed to resolve difficult issues.
- Conduct end of month inventory cycle counts

Participation in project work and initiatives and other duties as assigned
The Bond Warehouse Manager is responsible for covering responsibilities of this position in case of the absence of the primary person.
Required:
- Prior Inventory management experience
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- May be required to lift up to 30 pounds
Preferred:
- Highly preferred to be bilingual. (English/Spanish)
- Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, or related field
