As part of our
Reception Team
, you'll be the friendly first impression that sets the tone for every client, vendor, and visitor interaction. You'll help keep our fast-paced office running smoothly while supporting a team that genuinely loves what they do.

What You'll Do

  • Greet clients, vendors, and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
  • Direct incoming calls clearly and efficiently — ensuring every interaction feels personal and positive.
  • Assist clients with payroll pickups while maintaining strict confidentiality and security.
  • Order, organize, and track office supplies to keep our workspace running like clock work.
  • Manage mail and interoffice deliveries with attention to detail and timeliness.
  • Jump in to help with mailroom or administrative tasks whenever needed.
