What You Will Do:

• Develop and lead sourcing strategies that drive value across Caterpillar's global operations.
• Lead Coordination with Facilities, Regional and Category procurement teams, Engineering, New Product Introduction (NPI) and other product groups.
• Manage high-impact projects from start to finish, supporting initiatives across worldwide facilities.
• Oversee all aspects of project execution - setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of project.
• Reviewing and ensuring adherence to project materials, deliverables methodologies and procedures.
• Preparing and deliver clear, insightful program updates and reports to senior leadership.

What You Have (Basic Qualifications):

• Project Management: Proven experience leading complex global projects from planning through execution, with strong ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strategic and Tactical Planning: Demonstrated ability to develop both strategic and tactical plans that align with business goals and respond to shifting priorities.
• Relationship Management: Strong relationship management skills, with a track record of building effective partnerships across diverse global teams and functions.

Top Candidates Will Have:

• Data Analysis Skills: PowerBI, Tableau, Excel, Complex Data Systems
• Engineering: Understanding of Engineering Bill of Materials.
• Collaboration: Worldwide collaboration with team to deliver key goals.

Additional Info:

• Office Model: This position requires the employee to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
• Travel: 15-25% domestic and international travel is expected.
• Relocation: Domestic relocation is available for those who qualify.
• ISE: Not available.

Summary Pay Range:

$110, $165,840.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
