Equity Operations Specialist
to join a growing, dynamic team in
Jacksonville, FL
. This is a
fully on-site role
supporting the full trade lifecycle in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is part of a growing organization where boundaries are fluid, and the Middle Office continually evolves the trade flow ecosystem. You will also participate in company wide initiatives and help drive operational improvements.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage post-execution trade activities, including booking, corrections, commissions, cancels, fees, and exchange processes.
  • Work across US and international equity trade flows, including ADR/ORD, to ensure accurate and efficient settlement.
  • Partner with trading desks and back-office teams to resolve discrepancies and drive straight-through processing.
  • Conduct daily management reporting, reconciliations, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and assess impacts of regulatory or industry changes on trade operations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and support system enhancements.
  • Liaise with counterparties and internal stakeholders to track, calculate, and reconcile settlements.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years in middle office/trade support operations.
  • Hands-on experience with trade support systems (e.g., Fidessa, OMS, clearing platforms, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle, desk interactions, commissions, trade processing, cancels/corrections, fees, and exchange processes.
  • Bachelor's degree required; general equities and market knowledge a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-directed, energetic, intellectually curious, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
