- Evaluate parts for reusability based on OEM guidelines, and coordinate replacement parts orders with your supervisor.
- Complete clear, detailed service reports and keep your supervisor in the loop throughout your repairs.
- Ensure every machine is tested, inspected, and ready to perform before delivery.
- Keep your workspace clean, tools maintained, and yourself looking sharp - professionalism matters here.
- Stay current with new tools, technologies, and industry innovations.
- Be flexible: perform related duties as assigned to support our customers and team.
Job Requirements:
What You Bring to the Role:
- High school diploma or GED required. Technical training in diesel engines, heavy equipment, or military mechanical experience preferred.
- Previous experience in diesel, automotive, or truck engine repair environments a plus.
- Solid understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic and electrical systems, and mechanical diagnostics.
- Proficient with mechanical tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a drive for accuracy.

- Physically capable of lifting, standing, and working in a demanding shop environment for 8–10 hour shifts.
- Competent with computer systems – you will learn to use our systems like SIS and DBS.
- Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends when needed.
- A set of basic mechanic hand tools – wrenches, sockets, and drives are a must.
