Job DescriptionAs a Product Manager in Workplace Product & Operations, you will be a strategic product owner, driving the digital transformation of our physical workspace across our 25+ global offices. This role offers the rare opportunity to manage products at the dynamic intersection of physical presence and digital intelligence. You will hold key product accountability over critical systems that optimize utilization, enhance collaboration, and power the seamless day-to-day experience of every colleague.
Your mandate is to convert our forward-looking vision into a clear, validated, and executable product roadmap. You own the full product lifecycle—from immersion in user research and discovery to meticulous backlog refinement, story definition, and feature delivery in an agile environment. You will be coached by the Manager of Workplace Product and serve as the essential, hands-on bridge between our Workplace Engineering teams and key business partners like Global Facilities and Enterprise IT Operations. This is a role for an energetic problem-solver who can navigate complexity and deliver innovative technology that directly influences our company culture and global efficiency.
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS –
5+ years of dedicated, results-oriented experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role, successfully launching and scaling enterprise-level digital products.

- Proven ability to operate effectively in a highly cross-functional and matrixed environment, with a track record of driving outcomes through influence rather than direct authority.
- Demonstrated analytical rigor, with experience defining, tracking, and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)such as product adoption, system utilization, and business value.
- Strong foundational experience with enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, or specific domains such as Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, or modern Collaboration Tools.
Desired Characteristics:
- Prior experience managing products that integrate with physical assets or IoT ecosystems (e.g., smart building technology, room sensors, digital wayfinding hardware).
- Experience working in a global capacity, understanding the technical, regulatory, and cultural nuances required to scale a product across multiple international markets.
- Certification or specialized training in product management (e.g., CSPO, Product School) or domain-specific technology.
- A naturally curious and proactive style, with a passion for "testing and learning" new technologies (e.g., AR/VR applications in the workplace).
