YOUR ROLE

As a Managing Consultant in Supply Chain Planning Advisory Services, the candidate will lead high-impact strategic engagements, partnering with clients to transform and optimize their end-to-end supply chain planning capabilities.

In addition to having a successful track record within an established management consulting firm, the ideal candidate will possess:

• Deep expertise in Operating Model Design, including the development of target operating models for complex organizations.

• Demonstrated experience leading Cost Takeout initiatives, with a history of delivering measurable cost reductions across business units or functions.

• Broad understanding of current industry dynamics and trends in organizational transformation, operational efficiency, digital transformation, and cost optimization.

• Experience within the following capability areas:

o   Operating Model Assessment & Redesign

o   Organizational Model Assessment & Redesign

o   Cost Reduction Strategy & Execution

o   Business Case Development

o   Value Realization Management

o   Process Improvement & Lean Methodologies

o   Stakeholder Engagement

• Broader experience in in related disciplines such as Supply Chain Optimization and Digital Transformation leveraging AI

• Strong executive presence with good relationship-building and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrable experience of mentoring and coaching individuals to high performance
