Overview

What you'll be doing:

  • Embody PRS Culture by integrating the Mission, Vision, and Core Values ("We Speak Up, We Step Up, We Lift Up, We Team Up") into daily responsibilities and resident interactions.
  • Engage in training and professional development to continually improve skills and service quality in your area of focus.
  • Provide safe and professional transportation services for residents, including driving small passenger buses, assisting with medical appointments, errands, and special events, while performing pre-trip inspections and ensuring vehicle safety.
  • Ensure vehicle maintenance and safety by conducting minor preventive maintenance, reporting malfunctions, maintaining emergency supplies, and keeping vehicles clean.
  • Offer a welcoming and attentive experience by assisting residents in and out of vehicles, handling mobility aids with care, and responding calmly and efficiently in emergency situations.

Pay: $ $23.00 / hr DOE

Schedule: 30-hour position Monday—Friday. The hours worked each day will likely be 9:00am-3:30pm; Flexible as needed.

About you:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in driving cars and/or buses, transportation services, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and meet Pacific Retirement Services' (PRS's) Employment Driver Guidelines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
