Job Summary: The Sales Supervisor assists the management team in their effort to achieve store sales and maximize profitability through the effective supervision of the store team and application of company policies and procedures. Supports and guides associates by providing daily training, motivation, and tools necessary for success, while maintaining high level of sales. Promote and encourage professional development of the sales team.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Partner with and assist the Store Managers in all aspects of the store functions - sales generation, people development, merchandising and operations.
- Drive percentage of sales
- Coach and develop sales associates to drive sales on the floor
- Learn all POS functions, including end of day reporting and cycle counts/inventory management
- Oversee customer service issues as needed
- Open and close the store in absence of Store Manager
- Welcome customers into the store; engage in friendly conversation; answer any inquiries
- Check store voicemails daily and return calls in a timely manner
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain visual standards of store at all times
- Be knowledgeable about in-store and Ecomm product
- Assist with receiving of shipments
Qualifications: High school diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience in high-end retail. Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.

- Communicate with and assist all types of customers using clear and appropriate language
- Strong social and selling skills
- Polite attitude, even in demanding situations
- Professional and grammatically correct emails sent to customers

Physical Demands: In general, a moderate degree of physical stamina is required to perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is regularly required to move around the store, and prolonged periods of standing are often necessary. The employee frequently reaches with hands and arms, with some bending and twisting, to unpack boxes and to retrieve and hang merchandise. Stress may result from work demands, including busy holiday seasons and interaction with difficult customers.
