This is a seasonal position from December -April.

Hours are flexible(Saturdays are required) and up to 30 hours per week.

*Job Summary*

We are seeking a dynamic Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to communicate effectively and drive revenue through upselling and product knowledge.

*Responsibilities*

• Utilize excellent customer service skills to engage with clients and drive sales

• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately

• Maintain stock levels and ensure products are displayed attractively

• Upsell products to increase sales revenue

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions

-Keep store clean

-Press or steam garments for the sales floor

-Be willing to help in anyway needed

*Requirements*

• Experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role is preferred

• Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions

• Bilingual proficiency is a plus-Spanish is ideal

• Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

-ALL Saturdays are required.

-Commission plus base hourly pay

Expected hours: 9 – 30 per week
