Start To End Networks
is seeking experienced Technical SETA professionals to support next-generation classified network development for enterprise-scale operations.

Location:
On-site in Arlington, Virginia

Clearance Required:
Active TS/SCI

The Role:
Provide expert technical guidance on enhancing the resilience and survivability of classified networks against sophisticated cyber and physical threats. Support development of secure, zero-trust, distributed services with global reach that adapt to constantly changing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings and assess the technical progress of performers
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and novel solutions for resilient classified networks
  • Prepare technical reports, briefings, and presentations for government stakeholders
  • Support classified enterprise network architecture and operations

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in network development, security, or enterprise systems
  • Hands-on experience with decentralized services, distributed databases, and networked systems
  • Experience with classified network security, VPNs, Cross-Domain Solutions, MLS systems
  • Knowledge of software-defined networking and resilient network architectures
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Desired:

  • Experience with JWICS, SIPRNet, SAPs/CAPs
  • Background in large-scale enterprise or expeditionary networks
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DOD cybersecurity accreditation
