Join our Team as a Mover/Helper

Maher Bros Transfer and Storage is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in Cedar Rapids, IA. As a Mover/Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transport of our customers' belongings.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with loading and unloading of household or commercial goods onto trucks
  • Pack and unpack items carefully to prevent damage during transportation
  • Secure items in the truck using straps and other securing methods
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a smooth moving process
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the moving industry preferred
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
