Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to Anchor Spa standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen station
  • Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen maintenance
  • Communicate and collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Comply with health and food safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen required
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Food Handler Certification a plus
