Responsibilities
As our Used Car Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the pre-owned department, including inventory, merchandising, pricing, and team performance. You'll work closely with senior leadership to maximize profitability and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the used-car sales team
  • Manage inventory acquisition, appraisals, and merchandising
  • Set and achieve monthly sales, gross, and volume goals
  • Monitor market trends to optimize pricing and turn rates
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly
  • Drive a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with finance, service, and reconditioning teams to streamline operations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Used Car Manager or Automotive Sales Manager required
  • Proven track record of sales performance and strong CSI results
  • Strong appraisal skills and market awareness
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership abilities
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
