Cell Phone Repair Technician | Royal Oak, MI

UBREAKIFIX is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team in Royal Oak, MI. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in technology and a commitment to delivering high-quality repair services.

Compensation:

$16 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on various cell phone models.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services provided.
  • Stay updated on the latest cell phone technology trends and repair techniques.
  • Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cell phone repair or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Strong interest in consumer electronics and a passion for staying updated with the latest technology.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions.
  • Reliable, with a strong work ethic and high level of execution in all tasks.
  • Demonstrated humility and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
