Responsibilities:

• Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision to support various construction tasks.
• Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Help with the installation of structural components, such as framing, drywall, or flooring.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting hazards promptly.
• Support the movement and placement of materials around the site using manual or mechanical means.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of construction precess.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different job site conditions.
• Prior experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Valid driver's license preferred for transportation to various job sites.
