Job Title: Director, Technology & Business Growth
Location: Remote/Hybrid - New York, US
Role Overview
The Director, Technology & Business Growth is a senior leadership role with clear ownership of execution, growth, and delivery outcomes across Molaprise. This role sits at the intersection of technology leadership, client delivery, and revenue growth, with direct accountability for turning strategy into results. This is a hands-on role. You will be expected to step in where needed—whether that's leading executive client discussions, shaping solutions, supporting critical delivery efforts, or helping close and structure complex deals. You'll act as a trusted advisor to customers, a partner to sales, and a leader who ensures Molaprise consistently delivers high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Ownership & Market Expansion
- Own and execute Molaprise's growth strategy, translating vision into measurable revenue and delivery outcomes.
- Identify, size, and operationalize new growth opportunities across AI, cloud modernization, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital operations.
- Shape go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and packaged offerings that can scale.
- Expand Molaprise's footprint across U.S. markets, with a strong focus on NYC enterprise and public sector clients.
- Position Molaprise as a trusted execution partner, not just a strategy advisor.
2. Hands-On Technical & Delivery Leadership
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across complex customer engagements when required.
- Step in to support service delivery, escalations, and high-impact projects to ensure successful outcomes.
- Guide architecture, solution design, and delivery approaches across: Cloud platforms (Azure, Google) AI / data platforms Infrastructure & modernization programs Cybersecurity and compliance-driven environments
- Ensure delivery quality, margin discipline, and customer satisfaction.
3. Client, Partner & Executive Engagement
- Serve as a senior client-facing leader, confidently engaging executives, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead executive-level conversations that connect technology investment to business value.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with Microsoft, Cisco, HPE, Google, AWS, and ISVs.
- Act as an executive sponsor or solution lead on strategic deals, RFPs, and key accounts.
4. Business Development & Revenue Enablement
- Partner with Sales to shape deals, structure solutions, and support pricing conversations.
- Strengthen pre-sales motions, solution storytelling, and executive presentations.
- Build scalable frameworks for cross-sell and upsell across service lines.
- Ensure offerings are deliverable, profitable, and differentiated.
- Act as a senior client-facing leader across enterprise and public sector accounts.
- Lead executive-level conversations around modernization, infrastructure strategy, and digital transformation.
5. Operational Excellence & Team Leadership
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, delivery, sales, and operations.
- Establish performance frameworks covering revenue growth, margins, delivery quality, and client health.
- Drive execution discipline, continuous improvement, and accountability.
- Build, mentor, and develop senior technical and delivery leaders, including onshore and offshore teams.
Qualifications
Required
- 8–12+ years of experience in technology leadership, consulting, systems integration, or professional services
- Strong hands-on experience across cloud platforms, infrastructure, AI/data, cybersecurity, and modernization programs
- Proven track record of owning execution and driving revenue growth, not just strategy
- Experience engaging C-suite executives and navigating complex, regulated environments
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and decision-making ability
- Comfortable operating in fast-growing, ambiguous environments
Preferred
- Background in consulting, MSPs, or systems integrators
- Experience working within partner ecosystems (HPE, Microsoft, Cisco, Google, ISVs)
- Exposure to NYC and U.S. public sector or SLED clients
- Relevant certifications (GCP, HPE, Microsoft, security) a plus
- MBA or advanced degree (nice to have, not required)
