Store Managers at 7 Leaves Café are culture builders, team developers, and operational champions. Salary Range: $ $28.00 per hour (Non-Exempt)

What You'll Do

• Create an enjoyable and welcoming experience for every customer that walks through our door through their management of store's operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, financial performance and team development and increase profitability through staffing, operations, etc.
• Regularly review the store environment and key business indicators to identify obstacles, concerns, and opportunities for improvements; action plans are created to drive success for these challenges
• Nurture and coach team members for personal and professional growth as individuals, and in a team environment (setting and monitoring team members' personal goals, holding team members accountable, maintain a "customer comes first" attitude)
• Provide team members with training and guidance to maintain the standards of 7 Leaves Cafe
• Drive sales, increase efficiency, and provide problem solving skills to maintain store operations operations (customer satisfaction, product quality, safety, security, compliance, etc.)
• Inspire and encourage a team of dedicated and goal driven individuals to create a positive impact in their community
• Collaborates with District Managers to make the most effective decisions and achieve results that grow our business and customer base
• Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring

• 1+ year of customer service or retail management experience

• Ability to work at any location within the assigned district or county

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Leadership skills that inspire, guide, and develop team members

• A people-first mindset with a focus on team well-being, sales, and service

• Openness to learning, growth, and constructive feedback

• Ability to multitask and lead confidently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Skill in giving constructive feedback and resolving conflict effectively

• Passion for developing future leaders

• Ability to stand, stoop, and walk for prolonged periods

• Ability to regularly lift 45+ lbs
