Overview

We're hiring an experienced
Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Trainer
to design, develop, and deliver training for a major enterprise rollout. You'll build practical, user-ready learning that drives adoption across both IT and business teams.

What you'll do

  • Design and deliver role-based training for MAS and related business processes.
  • Create blended learning (workshops, eLearning, quick guides, job aids) to support implementation and upgrades.
  • Partner with project, change management, and functional leads to align training with cutover and adoption plans.
  • Configure and administer LMS courses; track participation and effectiveness.
  • Iterate content based on pilots, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Support go-live and hypercare with just-in-time training and floor support.

What you'll bring

  • 3–6 years
    in training development, instructional design, or learning strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with
    IBM Maximo (MAS)
    or other
    EAM
    platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Proven ability to translate technical workflows into clear, role-based learning for end users and IT.
  • Familiarity with
    change management
    frameworks (e.g.,
    Prosci ADKAR
    ) and how training supports adoption.
  • Experience with
    LMS
    platforms and eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, WalkMe, or similar).
  • Background in
    utilities
    (electric, gas, water) or other asset-intensive industries
    strongly preferred
    .
  • Experience supporting
    large-scale implementations
    required.

Work setup

    Must be based in
    Chicago or Milwaukee

  • Early ramp may include remote work; as training launches (target
    April/May
    ), expect
    2–3 on-site days per week
    at local offices.
