Vice President of Revenue

Position Summary:
Hamister Group, LLC is seeking an accomplished and strategic Vice President of Revenue to oversee all revenue-generating activities across our hospitality and senior living portfolio. This executive leader will drive top-line performance by aligning sales, marketing, and revenue management functions to maximize occupancy, rate, and profitability for both our hotel and senior living communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy that optimizes occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR for hotels, and census growth and retention for senior living communities.
- Lead and mentor teams across sales, marketing, and revenue management, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand standards.
- Oversee pricing, forecasting, and market analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with operations and finance to drive forecasting accuracy, budgeting, and business planning.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels to drive growth.
- Establish performance metrics and monitor results to ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.
- Implement best practices in digital marketing, distribution, and customer engagement.
- Partner with regional and property leaders to enhance sales effectiveness, customer experience, and competitive positioning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in revenue management, sales, or business development, including at least 5 years in an executive or multi-property leadership role.
- Proven success driving revenue growth in either hospitality/hotels and/or senior living/healthcare environments.
- Deep understanding of hotel and/or senior living market dynamics, distribution channels, and pricing strategies.
- Expertise in revenue management systems (RMS), CRM, distribution, and business intelligence platforms.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
