Magnus Logistics is seeking a reliable and efficient Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our team in Joliet, IL. The ideal candidate will work well in a team, ensure efficient product flow, and comply with internal and external safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping).
  • Receive and process warehouse stock using Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow ingredient certification standards.
  • Conduct physical inventory as needed.
  • Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures for finished products and raw materials.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor lifts, etc.).
  • Ensure consistent supply of raw and packaging materials to production lines.
  • Complete required reports using Google Sheets and Forms.
  • Work in compliance with quality service standards and safety regulations.
  • Support colleagues and follow supervisor instructions, including shift rotations.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
  • Driver's License
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to drive a Box Truck.
  • Forklift experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and different shifts as needed.

Preferred:

  • HACCP training.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English).

  • Position may require shift rotations and minimal supervision.
