Project Coordinator, Design and Construction

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a Design and Construction Project Coordinator to join our Design and Construction team on a gaming and hospitality project near Denver, Colorado. Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $60,406 - $60,406 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. • Provide project administration and support
• Facilitate reporting on projects, tracking change orders, and applications for payments
• Launch, update, and maintain new project templates, information, timelines, and weekly reports
• Ensure all client requirements, approvals, reports, and compliance are up to date throughout the project
• Assist in coordinating project approvals and checklists

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, construction, business, or related field
• 3+ years' experience in a professional design or construction-related role
• Experience with project management, budget management, and planning, with an understanding of basic accounting practices
• Skills in organization, prioritization, communication, time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Proficient in computer and project management applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Revit

• Ability to travel to other business locations when required
• Ability to work 50% of the time seated in an office environment
