Position Summary

Krucial Rapid Response is seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) for Per Diem opportunities in the Cardiovascular Lab. This position offers flexible scheduling for nurses experienced in cardiac procedures who want to pick up shifts with the potential to transition into a longer-term contract.

As part of the cardiovascular team, you'll provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric populations, assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, and ensure a safe, efficient procedural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care during cardiovascular procedures.
  • Monitor and document hemodynamic data and patient status.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Prepare procedure rooms and ensure equipment readiness.
  • Support continuous quality and performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Active RN license (verified via Nursys)
  • BSN preferred
  • BLS (AHA) required
  • ACLS (AHA) required upon start
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Cardiovascular or Cath Lab setting
  • Critical Care experience preferred

Compliance Requirements

Prior to start, candidates must complete onboarding including:

  • Physical and TB test or chest X-ray (if positive PPD)
  • Immunizations: MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Influenza
  • Fit test and color-blind test
  • Background check, drug screen, and ID verification
