Lakeland Family Dental is a well-established and patient-centric dental practice dedicated to providing top notch general dental care services to Oconomowoc and our surrounding communities. Our dynamic, fun, and thriving private practice is looking for a hygienist to add to our fantastic team We're committed to delivering a warm and welcoming experience for our patients, and you will have the support of 2 dentists who are dedicated to the highest level of quality patient care. We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people, is team-oriented, passionate about treating periodontal disease, and empathetic towards patient needs. Our hygiene position is full time and offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and other perks. No Mondays required - who doesn't love a 3 day weekend, every weekend? Experience with Dentrix patient management software is a huge plus, and solid IT/computer skills are a must.

This position is part time, for 24 hours on paper, but closer to 26 actual worked hours when starting 15 minutes prior to the actual office hours below:

Monday: OFF

Tuesday: 12:30pm - 5:30pm (5 hours, no lunch)

Wednesday: 8am - 1pm (or 2:30pm on weeks with team meetings) (5 or 6.5 hours, no lunch)

Thursday: 8am - 5pm (8 hours + 1 hour lunch)

Friday: 8am - 2pm (6 hours, no lunch)

-One hour recall appointments and 90 minute SRP appointments. New Patients 18 and older are seen on the doctor side first without a same day hygiene appointment, so no long New Patient exams/cleanings to run your schedule behind. Dental assistants to enter numbers while doing periodontal charting.

-Our Drs have great, easy going bedside manners and our team works hard to get through a busy schedule together
