Customer Care Representative

General Position Description: The Customer Service Representative is a customer focused individual responsible for handling all internal and external customers' needs for our Domestic and International customers, as well as the SS White Sales and Marketing Team.
Primary Responsibilities and Tasks include (but are not limited to):
· Receive, process and resolves customer complaints, commercial and quality.
· Submits all documentation regarding Customer Complaints
· Enter Customer Complaints into ERP System
· Process RMA resolutions, either replacement order or credit to the customer.
· Support Sales Operations with pricing discrepancies
· Assist with distribution of annual price communications to customers.
· Answer incoming calls from Distributors, Dentists, Commercial Customers, SSW Representatives and Dealer Representations regarding order status and product inquiries.
Secondary Responsibilities and Tasks include (but are not limited to):
· Data entry of customer orders
· Entering and generating Quotes
· Send out Dealer Applications
· Set up new Dealers in ERP system.
· Create miscellaneous invoices for Domestic customers.
· Filing and maintenance of paperwork
· Develop constructive and cooperative relationships with end-users.
Requirements
Specific Job Skills/Qualifications:
· 2-3 years of Customer Service Experience, complaint process preferrable
· Experience using order management systems such as JD Edwards, EPICOR, SAP, etc.
· MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
· Detail oriented
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team or individually.
· Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
· Time Management, ability to multi-task
Preferred Qualifications:
• International shipping experience a plus
• Epicor experience a plus
