Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our Property Operations and Maintenance team- a person who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence

What are we looking for?

  • A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests

  • Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience

  • A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success

What would you bring to the table?

  • 2+ years experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance , preferably in a luxury hospitality environment

  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification

  • Electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC certifications are a plus

  • English communication skills; Spanish also preferred

  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions

  • Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 50lbs.

  • Ability to climb

  • Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

What would my job responsibilities be?

  • Provide general repair and maintenance support throughout the resort, ensuring all facilities and building systems operate smoothly and safely

  • Maintain a sharp eye for detail, prioritizing both the visible and behind‑the‑scenes elements that contribute to an exceptional guest experience

  • Approach each day as a proactive problem solver—taking initiative to address issues even when they fall outside the standard task list

  • Contribute to a strong, collaborative team environment, consistently acting in the best interest of the resort and your colleagues

  • Assist with daily maintenance duties as well as engineering projects assigned by the Director of Engineering
