We're looking for a project manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience who is nimble and experienced in leading, organizing, and collaborating with teams large and small. The ideal candidate will have the ability to adapt the design and construction process to a variety of client types and sizes while maintaining a consistent level of service and communication. Past experience working with developer and multi-family/mixed-use projects is a plus. A professional degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, or construction management is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Estimates fees, determines scopes of work, and prepares proposals and contracts on projects of varying scales and complexity
  • Develops strategic project staffing plans to meet project schedule and budget and allow projects to thrive
  • Actively manages client budgets, schedules and programs
  • Serves as primary point of contact with clients to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction
  • Handles communication with consultant partners when collecting fee proposals, scopes of work, and coordinates receipt of drawings and deliverables during all project phases
