Olfactory NYC offers a unique, one-of-a-kind experience in personal scent creation. Guests combine fine fragrance with individuality, working with our world-renowned perfumers and highest-quality oils to craft a bespoke fragrance as unique as they are.

What You'll Do

As Studio Manager, you'll set the tone for your team's energy, creativity, and success. You'll lead by example, creating an inspiring environment that drives revenue and delivers unforgettable guest experiences.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead, coach, and support associates ("Scent-tologists") to deliver best-in-class guest experiences.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve/exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing, customer-focused team.
  • Manage visual merchandising standards and ensure flawless execution of in-store events.
  • Protect company assets through compliance with safety, inventory, and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Analyze sales metrics, identify opportunities, and develop strategies for growth.
  • Create and manage weekly schedules and payroll to meet staffing and budget targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven leader with 3+ years of retail or hospitality management experience (beauty/fragrance a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve sales goals.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Physical ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours a day, lift up to 50 lbs, and stock merchandise.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience with Shopify POS and Google Suite preferred.
