P.E.A.K is a local marketing and sales firm that is rapidly growing with new clients With being a part of our customer service team, you would be working on promoting clients' new products and services.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Work on gaining potential customers by promoting products or services within retailers
  • Work within our client's territory within a small team and client new customer accounts within the sales processing systems
  • Remain up to date on all sales and marketing initiatives
  • Deliver detailed information regarding client products and services while engaging with customers within a retail setting
  • Maintaining customer relationships while closing sales and managing objections

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • The ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks
  • Ability to deliver solutions to customer needs
  • Must professionally present themselves at all times
  • Must be comfortable with direct sales and customer service
