Tax Manager (100% Remote)

We're seeking an experienced Tax Manager with strong technical knowledge and leadership ability to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to manage complex client engagements—including renewable energy and multi-entity partnerships—while mentoring others and shaping the firm's long-term success.

What You'll Do

  • Review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships

  • Act as a key client contact, particularly in areas involving renewable energy tax credits and partnership structures

  • Conduct in-depth research on complex tax issues and prepare clear, well-documented technical memos

  • Provide strategic tax planning and credit optimization to minimize client tax liabilities

  • Stay current with evolving tax laws and proactively apply insights to client strategies

  • Mentor and train staff while contributing to internal process improvement and quality standards

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's in Accounting or related field

  • 5+ years of public accounting experience

  • CPA or EA designation preferred

  • Strong experience with partnership and corporate tax returns

  • Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative, team-oriented culture

  • Bonus: experience with renewable fuels, energy credits, or related industries
