Position Overview & Summary:
A seasoned Senior Project Manager & Operations Head is sought to oversee end-to-end project delivery, drive operational excellence, and ensure strategic alignment between cross-functional teams and organizational objectives. The ideal candidate demonstrates mastery in project governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, team leadership, and process optimization across dynamic environments.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Direct multifaceted projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Lead daily operational functions, implementing systems that elevate productivity, service quality, and organizational consistency.
- Establish KPIs and performance dashboards to evaluate operational health and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Optimize internal processes, eliminating inefficiencies and enabling sustainable scaling of business operations.
- Coordinate with executive leadership, technology teams, field units, finance, HR, and external partners to maintain strategic cohesion.
- Champion clear communication channels and structured governance across diverse operational and project domains.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering professional development and cultivating a culture of accountability.
- Oversee project integration, resource allocation, and workflow orchestration to maximize throughput and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate Agile, hybrid, or traditional methodologies based on project needs, ensuring seamless sprint execution, meetings, and continuous improvement.
- Strong expertise with tools & technologies like , Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's level degree in Computer Engineering, or a relevant experience and discipline in management, operations, and leadership.
- 7+ years of experience in project management, operations leadership, or program oversight.
- Proficiency with project management software , MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or equivalent), and Google Suite.
- Strong command of Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely within Colorado with periodic in-state travel as required.
