Pay: $60 - $65/hr+ DOE

Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as the primary point of contact for employees and core leaders on HR and employment-related matters. Acting as a consultant and advocate, the HRBP ensures effective collaboration between leadership, employees, and HR centers of excellence to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main HR contact offering expert advice and coaching on employee relations and HR operations.
  • Support leaders with performance management, action planning, and coaching to promote employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
  • Participate in grievance and dispute resolution processes, labor negotiations, and task force initiatives.
  • Interpret and implement labor relations contracts while maintaining strong relationships with union representatives.
  • Partner with HR specialists to coordinate delivery of HR services across the organization.
  • Facilitate HR-related training, focus groups, and engagement sessions to drive awareness and alignment.
  • Provide HR support during acquisitions, affiliations, and department restructures or reorganizations.
  • Analyze and communicate HR metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Consult with leaders to identify and implement strategies that improve caregiver engagement and retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field required
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to meet customer needs and foster lasting relationships.
  • Works effectively and cooperatively with colleagues across functions and levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Maintains up-to-date HR knowledge and best practices.
