Join Our Team as a Program Manager

Circle of Care St Louis is looking for a talented Program Manager to join our team in Saint Louis, MO. Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee programs and services offered by Circle of Care St Louis
  • Manage a team of program coordinators and volunteers to ensure effective delivery of services
  • Assess community needs and develop strategies to address them through innovative programming
  • Monitor program outcomes and effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to improve impact
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, community partners, and funders to support program goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements
  • Contribute to fundraising efforts and grant writing to support program sustainability
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, nonprofit management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a nonprofit setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful programs from conception to evaluation
  • Knowledge of community resources and service providers in the Saint Louis area
  • Passion for serving marginalized populations and addressing social justice issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships
