About Us

Aero Constructors LLC is a fast-growing telecom construction and maintenance contractor specializing in microwave, small cell, and fiber infrastructure projects across the western U.S. We support major carriers and OEM partners, delivering turnkey services from site design to testing and integration.

We're looking for a part-time Project Coordinator to help streamline project operations, material tracking, and communication between our field, vendors, and customers. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment with a proactive, self-starter mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers with project setup, documentation, and data entry in job management and accounting systems.
  • Coordinate and track material orders, deliveries, and vendor lead times.
  • Manage change orders, ensuring scope, pricing, and approvals are documented correctly.
  • Maintain project status updates, trackers, and internal reporting.
  • Communicate with vendors, customers, and field teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Help maintain budget tracking and invoicing accuracy through updated project data.
  • Support procurement and logistics for multiple simultaneous projects.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in telecom, construction, or related project coordination preferred, but not required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Knowify, JobTread, or similar project software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented under shifting priorities.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
