This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The
Project Director
is responsible for identifying key people to bring about change and develops a network of contacts and targets specific people to achieve project goals and objectives.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Manages projects across business units, regions or the enterprise; influences at all levels within the organization, often setting strategy and direction; coaches and mentors project team members; mentors other project managers around project management methodology; determines project scope; develops resource, risk, quality, cost, and scope management plans; develops training plans; defines, recommends and secures contractual agreements for services and products; coordinates requirements, schedules implementation and post-implement plans, and develops service-level agreements for vendor partners and global resources firms; develops requirements documents; develops project approval matrix; identifies project team training and tool needs; defines quality gates for each project methodology phase; defines critical success factors; establishes and manages the project warranty period.
Minimum Requirements
Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 9 years professional project management experience, which at least 7 years are spent leading and directing large project tasks; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, And Experience
- Awareness of significant contributing factors to manage project change and demonstration of a solid understanding of end to end business processes and the critical IT dependencies strongly preferred.
- Masters in Project Mgt preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, Jira, and Jira Align is highly preferred.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving skills, and adaptability highly preferred.
- Experience interacting confidently with senior management and executive level stakeholders, as a subject matter expert and comfortable with influencing decision-making preferred.
- Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties strongly preferred.
- Proficient of Microsoft Office products Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word strongly preferred.
For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $125,840 to $188,760.
