Responsibilities
Arcfield is looking for a Business Process Engineer to join our team to support the Sponsor's Front Office by analyzing, recommending, and optimizing operational strategies. The candidate will engage in a diverse set of tasks covering a broad set of consulting capabilities, and apply a variety of analytical, problem­-solving, and reporting skills and techniques to both standard and unique business processes. Additionally, the candidate will document and evaluate business processes and make process improvement recommendations, and produce a variety of communications, including executive briefings.

Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

• Monitor and track system performance in accordance with established system performance criteria. If systems are not operating up to baseline performance, proactively determine and resolve the issue with the engineering and development teams.
• Develop metrics with other teams for assessing performance of systems hosted within the systems environment (e.g., availability/reliability, response/transmission time, etc.)
• Recommend infrastructure requirements for the systems environment based on capacity planning, performance, and Sponsor goals and strategies.
• Perform analysis and design related to software and/or engineering projects. Define, interpret, and develop quality standards for receiving, in-process, and final inspection, in accordance with Sponsor's requirements.
• Investigate and analyze unique or technical customer issues providing technical assistance in establishing procedures and methods.
• Review and evaluate trends, implementing corrective actions as needed. Interface with customers, vendors, and all company departments to resolve technical and quality problems.
• Perform technical surveillance of a complex nature in the control of processes, design concepts, software, and specification requirements.
• Provide leadership in the areas of producibility and process improvement, quality engineering, software quality, software configuration management, and procurement quality engineering.

Qualifications
Required:

• Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• BS 8-10 years, MS 6-8 years, PhD 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Computer Information Systems
• Three (3) years of experience supporting technical programs in a business process engineering or systems engineering capacity that has included technical lifecycle planning, requirements analysis and systems design.

Desired

• One (1) year of experience contributing to a technical project(s) within the Intelligence Community that required an understanding of business process and/or systems engineering principles and practices.
• An active certification related to business systems management, systems engineering, information technology, systems administration, or computer science.
