GeBBS Consulting, GeBBS Consulting, a leader in Healthcare Technology solutions, has an immediate opening for a SafeTrace Consultant to support a major Baltimore-area healthcare partner.

Position Description:

The SafeTrace Implementation Consultant will provide application expertise to support testing, validation, issue resolution, and go-live readiness activities. This individual will serve as a key troubleshooting resource, working closely with internal analysts and subject matter experts to validate workflows, address system issues, and ensure data and functionality integrity across the SafeTrace environment. The role requires strong hands-on knowledge of SafeTrace build and configuration, independent problem-solving skills, and the ability to guide less experienced team members.

What You'll Get to Do:

• Collaborate with project leadership, analysts, and SMEs to support SafeTrace testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Participate in chart testing, workflow testing, and integrated scenario validation between SafeTrace and Epic Beaker.
• Identify and resolve build and configuration issues in coordination with Haemonetics and internal IT teams.
• Facilitate or co-lead meetings to review testing progress, defect resolution, and system readiness.
• Assist with final validation, cutover preparation, and command center support during and after go-live.
• Document issues, solutions, and configuration updates to support knowledge transfer and training of analysts.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for SafeTrace application behavior, workflows, and user support.
• Work independently to identify testing gaps and proactively advance project progress.
• Attend recurring project and validation meetings, either remotely or onsite as needed.

You'll Bring these Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience supporting or implementing Haemonetics SafeTrace Tx or equivalent blood bank software.
• Hands-on experience with application build, configuration, and troubleshooting within SafeTrace.
• Deep understanding of blood bank workflows, testing, and transfusion services operations.
• Proven ability to conduct and document functional and integrated testing activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with minimal supervision required.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for cross-functional teams and SME collaboration.
• Willingness to be on-site in Baltimore once per month and then for go-live in late March.
• Experience with Epic Beaker (Blood Bank and Laboratory modules) or other LIS integrations preferred.
• Previous participation in large-scale healthcare system go-lives and command center support preferred.
• Familiarity with interface testing between SafeTrace and Epic or similar systems preferred.
