Job Summary

As a Back Up Energy Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to provide sustainable energy solutions. Your dynamic approach to outside sales and marketing will empower you to engage with customers directly, showcasing the benefits of solar energy and other innovative solutions. You'll be at the forefront of our efforts, utilizing your negotiation skills and customer service expertise to build lasting relationships and drive sales growth.

What you'll do

  • Engage in outside sales activities, including door-to-door outreach, to connect with potential customers.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and streamline the sales process.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations that highlight the advantages of solar energy solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Leverage your bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with a wider range of clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with both customer needs and company goals.
  • Lead initiatives that promote energy efficiency and sustainability within the community.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales, particularly in energy or technical sales environments.
  • Familiarity with solar sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in driving team success and fostering collaboration.
  • A passion for renewable energy solutions and a commitment to customer service excellence.
