You work with the information security team as a competent and experienced information security and compliance leader.
How you will contribute

How you will contribute
You will assess information security risks in line with internal policies and external best practices and determine requirements how to secure Mondelēz International information and IT assets. In addition, you will develop security standards and policies; advise technical teams when developing relevant procedures or have operational security questions; review and consulting them on compliant and effective use of common tools. You will also keep business stakeholders apprised on the overall security and compliance roadmap, provide training on information security to appropriate teams, and develop security strategies, architectures and roadmaps across process and technologies.

Oversee the planning, budgeting and directing of all Identity and Access Management Operations activities across the teams.
Serve as the Identity & Access Management subject matter expert, trusted advisor, providing advisory and consulting services to IBS and other MDLZ business teams
Identify improvement opportunities to expand IAM capabilities
Define IAM program expectations and goals
Work with the team to identify gaps in security administration processes and procedures as well as areas for significant improvement, optimization and automation
Oversee design of controls and processes associated with IAM solutions
Manage the identification and evaluation of complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement
Designing and implementing large multifactor authentication solutions for both on premise and cloud-based technologies
Approve, or coordinate approval for, identity and access management policies, procedures, standards and roles and responsibilities.
Oversee a team to provide monitoring and response to IAM platforms and applications and alerts.
Gather business requirements and create business cases for new IAM opportunities/solutions, utilizing an understanding of the business and solution landscapes to leverage existing solutions where appropriate
What extra ingredients you will bring:
Exhibit a broad knowledge and adherence to information security policy, standard, control and procedure
Strong understanding of compliance requirements that may impact security and works with business areas and project teams to develop security solutions that address these requirements
Technically proficient in IAM technologies such as: Active Directory, Azure AD, PING, CyberArk, SailPoint or similar technologies.
Demonstrable strong management skills, including the ability to develop, mentor and coach others.
Strong written and oral executive communication, including up to the C-level.
Experience in working in large or federated enterprises, preferably in the Consumer Products and FMCG industries.
Ability to describe identity/access management risk from an operating perspective to provide consulting guidance and build relationships.
Ability to design and evaluate processes to build identity systems, functions and review processes for ongoing improvement.
Ability to development information security operations operating plans consistent with the strategy and vision.
Ability to delegate work to team members and provide clear and effective guidance on implementation of processes.
Ability to use data and run the appropriate analytics in order to further work through the data.
Professional certifications are a plus:
Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT)
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
