What You'll Do:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor resident conditions and update physicians/families promptly
  • Provide skilled care such as tube feedings, dressings, suction, and catheterization
  • Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring care aligns with resident wishes and care plans
  • Maintain accurate, timely charting and documentation
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver excellent outcomes

What We're Looking For:

  • Current Texas LVN license in good standing
  • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
  • Knowledge of nursing practices, long-term care regulations, and resident rights
  • Compassionate communication with residents, families, and team members
