Yoga Instructor – Bold Steps Behavioral Health (Concord, NH)

Pay: $25 per hour

Schedule: 2–4 hours per week

Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and mindful Yoga Instructor to lead safe, engaging, and restorative yoga sessions for our clients and staff. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others connect mind and body, comfortable working with individuals of varying abilities and backgrounds, and able to foster a calming, supportive atmosphere aligned with our behavioral health values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and lead yoga classes tailored to a variety of skill levels and needs

  • Offer modifications and guidance to ensure accessibility and safety for all participants

  • Create a welcoming, trauma-informed, and inclusive environment

  • Support clients' overall wellness goals through movement, mindfulness, and breathwork

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and calming practice space

  • Collaborate with Bold Steps staff to integrate yoga as part of holistic wellness programming

Qualifications:

  • Current Yoga Instructor certification from a recognized training program (preferred)

  • Previous experience teaching yoga, preferably in a health, wellness, or therapeutic setting

  • Understanding of trauma-informed practices and compassionate communication

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and promote a safe, respectful environment
