Part-Time

Maintenance Technician
is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and preventive upkeep throughout the hotel. This position ensures that all guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas are safe, functional, and in excellent condition consistent with the Hotels' standards.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance & Repairs

  • Perform daily maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.

  • Respond promptly to guest service requests and maintenance work orders.

  • Assist with preventive maintenance programs to ensure proper functioning of all systems.

  • Conduct safety checks and equipment inspections regularly.

Operational Support

  • Work collaboratively with housekeeping and front desk teams to address maintenance priorities.

  • Maintain accurate logs of repairs and preventive maintenance activities.

  • Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies or parts are needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous maintenance or engineering experience in a hotel is preferred.

  • Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Physical role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders.

  • Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

  • Exposure to varying temperatures and physical environments.
