At Heart Line Counseling & Consulting (HLCC), we believe that every person deserves compassionate, quality mental health care—and that begins with a strong, supportive team. We provide person-centered therapy and consultation services across Wisconsin and are expanding our in-person team at both our Tomah and La Crosse offices.
We're currently seeking a fully licensed clinician in Wisconsin who is passionate about connection, community, and helping clients heal and thrive.

Who We're Looking For
- Fully licensed in Wisconsin as an LCSW, LPC, MFT, or equivalent
- Experienced or comfortable working with children, teens, and/or adults
- Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and professional communication
- Able to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
- Committed to providing compassionate, ethical, and trauma-informed care
