Copywriter Marketing & Investor Communications Location: Remote (U.S.)

Type: Part-time / Contract (10–20 hours per week)

Compensation: $60–$115/hr, depending on experience

The Role We're looking for a Copywriter who can capture the Clear Summit voice, confident, concise, and value-driven, and translate it across multiple channels to engage investors, guests, and partners. This is a brand-new role, ideal for someone who's ready to own the written voice of a rapidly growing investment brand. You'll work directly with our Marketing Lead and CEO to craft compelling content that builds trust, communicates performance, and keeps our audience engaged throughout the investment lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Write and edit marketing copy across multiple channels:
  • Email: weekly newsletters, investor updates, webinar campaigns, and closing sequences
  • SMS: short-form messages for key announcements and promotions
  • LinkedIn: thought leadership posts and company updates
  • Instagram: short captions and visual storytelling (secondary priority)

• Create and manage content calendars to align with investor communications, property updates, and new fund launches

• Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and ensure consistency across all channels

• Draft content that clearly communicates investment opportunities and performance updates to accredited investors

• Assist with scheduling and campaign implementation inside HubSpot (primary email platform)

• Leverage internal AI tools (including ChatGPT) to accelerate ideation and production without sacrificing clarity or tone

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Proven background in investment or financial communications, you understand how to write to sophisticated audiences about returns, tax advantages, and asset performance

• Excellent short- and long-form writing skills: clear, conversational, and results-oriented

• Strong grasp of marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot

• Ability to match tone and voice, you can quickly learn how to write in our leadership style (direct, clear, no fluff)

• Comfortable working independently with minimal direction; thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

• Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a growing team

Nice-to-Have

• Experience writing for private equity, real estate investment, or alternative asset firms

• Familiarity with AI writing tools like ChatGPT

• Knowledge of SEO best practices or paid ad copywriting

• Background in investor relations or capital raising communications
