What You'll Do
- Execute dishes to Lombardo's standards with speed, accuracy, and consistency
- Lead kitchen operations during service when assigned
- Support training and onboarding of new line cooks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station at all times
- Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and HAACP procedures
- Assist with prep, inventory, and daily production needs
- Communicate effectively with the BOH and FOH teams
- Collaborate with leadership on menu development and specials
- Help foster a positive, professional, team-oriented kitchen culture
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of line cook experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Strong cooking and knife skills with understanding of station flow
- Ability to lead during service and support team training
- A sense of urgency, problem-solving mindset, and calm under pressure
- Reliability, strong attendance, punctuality, and accountability
- Passion for great food, hospitality, and continuous improvement
- Weekend and evening availability is required
